About Us

The Hospital operates in all the fields of medicine and surgery except for obstetrics, neonatology and heart surgery. It also has a unique feature, a new way to diagnose and treat cancer. This is shown by the Clara Campal Comprehensive Oncology Centre (HM CIOCC) building, which is connected to the Hospital but has its structure. Based on the idea of the American Cancer Center, it has quickly become one of the best places for people around the world to get cancer diagnosed and treated.

The Diagnostic Imaging Service has more than just the usual medical equipment:

Multislice CT (Toshiba Acquilion) with 64 scanners can do coronary artery scans and the most complicated studies in just a few minutes.
High-field open MRI (Phillips Panorama 1T), which is the first one of its kind to be set up in Spain. It blends the highest level of patient comfort with the best possible image quality.
1.5 T extremity MRI scanner
High-field closed MRI (Phillips Achieva 3 T), which has a strong magnetic field and can study the brain in the most subtle ways.
16-slice treatment simulation CAT scanner.
High-resolution PET-CT (Siemens Biograph 6) combines PET pictures and CT images to make a complete set of oncological and neurological diagnostic tools.
Intra-operative cranial MRI scanner
Aquilion One CAT scanner (323 detectors)
Radiology Unit for ladies with digital mammography with tomosynthesis, prone table, advanced interventionism and densitometry tools.

There are 12 operating rooms, including a combined space, a hemodynamics room, and two vascular radiation rooms.

Cafeteria: The restaurant is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm and on weekends and holidays from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
The eatery has a daily menu and à la carte service. There is also a menu in the room to go with the food.
